Labor laws govern the way that a business should treat its employees and usually details the minimum rate that every worker should be paid and the maximum hours that constitute a payday or week. This course will familiarize you with many of the areas covered under the Massachusetts labor laws, including employee benefits such as break times and vacation leave.
